EXCLUSIVE BY DESIGN UK is hugely proud of its old fashioned customer service attitude where the customer really does come first, from initial consultation right through to delivery and our after care service.

Remember we do not have stocks of sofas and chairs ready for immediate delivery. Every sofa we produce is as a result of a customer choosing exactly the style, specification and fabric that is right for their home and décor.

We only use Solid kiln dried hardwood frames that are glued, screwed and dowelled to give maximum strength this allows us to be able to offer our customers an AMAZING Lifetime of ownership frame guarantee.
